This learning center brings together the full Camp Ruff Ruff education system — from foster home essentials, to shelter‑staff handling skills, to community programs that help families keep dogs in their homes. Each course is built to be clear, practical, and grounded in real‑world behavior work.
Whether you’re a foster, a volunteer, a shelter worker, or a dog owner looking to build confidence, you’ll find step‑by‑step guidance designed to reduce stress, prevent common mistakes, and create predictable routines that help dogs settle and thrive. Choose any course below to get started; the first time you enter, Canvas will guide you through a quick account setup, and after that every course opens with one click.
Student Instructions
1) Click Get Started below. This opens the course in Canvas (our online classroom).
2) If this is your first time, Canvas will ask you to log in or create a free account.
3) Canvas will show a page with a button that says Enroll in Course.
4) On the next page, click Go to Course to enter the classroom.
5) After your first course, you’ll stay logged in. All other courses will open with just one click.
